Got the ff. message from my winning bidder after I sent her a reminder:
Nap: Paypal shows that this was paid 9/27/00 - transaction ID 08W83976ME605484U. They said you have not claimed this yet; please contact them for payment. Thank you. Dianne

The payment that this person sent is probably showing up as "Unclaimed" Unclaimed means it was sent to an email address that is not registered with PayPal.
More than likely its a simple typo like an extra period, .com instead of .net, or something else...
Tell them to go back and cancel the "Unclaimed" payment and to resend it... and double-check their typing (You might offer to send them a request for payment - sometimes that makes it easier for those folks that can never seem to type your email address correctly )
