I finally decided that I would continue to accept paypal, so I tried to register for a second account to accept my ebay auction payments. I already have a personal account, and I'm not a business, just an occasional ebay seller. (I don't have a TIN or any of the other info that the business account registration form asked for). So I tried to sign up for a Premier account.
I got a message refusing my new account since I already have a Paypal account. The Paypal terms of service say that you cannot have more than one personal account and one premier or business account, so doesn't this imply I can have one personal, AND one premier?
So, how do I register for a second account to use for my auctions?

Nope- I used a different email account, but obviously my name and address are the same. After I hit "submit", the next screen said I already have an account, and suggested that I add the new email to the existing account.
