is it just me that missed it.. or did paypal change the fee schedule to
under 15.00 =1.9%
over 15 to 500.00 = 1.9% if paid thru pp account?
that .25 charge will only kick in if the buyer uses their credit cards to make payment.
if this is gonna stick, I'm pretty stoked!!

Damon--are the fees for International sellers going to be the same??---is there any news at all about it except that it may be happening around Halloween??

The one bad thing for a non-cc payment is you have to actually pay more than a quarter if it's between $13.20 and the $15 amount. Why is it a higher amount Damon?

Why are Bank account and account balance transfers charged such a high fee? They are way less expensive for PayPal to transfer. What this does is shift the cost of the credit card to other forms of money, making it APPEAR cheaper, but actually it isn't.
And if I get $200 by a Billpoint "electronic check" I do not have to pay a % on the transfer, just the flat fee of $.35 (and I think the buyer pays that.
