This is an egregious case of bait and switch, not to mention outright lying to your users! It's worse than the fine print at the bottom of a contract, because there is NO fine print!

NOTICE THE OMISSION OF ANY MENTION OF THE FEES ON INCOMING PAYMENTS FROM ACCOUNT BALANCE TRANSFERS AND BANK ACCOUNT PAYMENTS IF I UPGRADE!
