Heres my spiel,
I have had a paypla accoutn a run a few auctions a month as well as pay for a few out of my PP accout.....Today after not requesting a check for a while. I went in to get one, well everything went fine unitl the last page and it says I must register a credit card ( which I have done) or a bank account and checks can only be sent to my billing address on my credit card ( which is a PO box) I tried both ways to send it and the damn thing keeps going back to the first. Now I have a bunch of money locked up and no way to get it out unless I spend it online..How do I get this money out without registering a bank account( which I do not have)

Some people have suggested getting a free online bank account for however long it takes to get your money out - then just close it down.
