I have rec'd 10-15 checks from Paypal in the last 10 months. Now I'm supposed to send you my bank account info or other stuff to get a check sent. I have a PO Box - I do not have a mail box . . . nobody does where I live! We CANNOT get mail to our house. How come a check to me was fine last week (I REC'D IT ON MONDAY OF THIS WEEK!!!!), but suddenly I can't. AND BY THE WAY - I AM VERIFIED!!
What more do you want, my first born?
I faxed info today per your form letter request. So - when can I get MY money!??!
Everytime I email I get the same stupid form letter and no response as to when I will be allowed to get my money.

Uh Damon, do you realize how ridiculous PayPal is beginning to look with these stupid policies. PayPal "verifies" a user's bank account supposedly to verify a user's identity because they have to provide ID before they can open an account. But we all know now that your verification scheme is worthless because ANY decent crook can easily gain access to an account for verification purposes. We have seen it over and over in all of the PayPal fraud threads.
But now, you're refusing to mail a check to a PO Box? Do you realize how stupid this logic is? In order to open a PO Box, you have to present a valid ID (sound familiar?). To get mail delivered to a street address requires NOTHING. It would seem that PayPal's check policy has it backwards.
