I have several pending auctions that did not launch and have an error code. However I can't revise them because I get timed out, probably because there are too many picutres on the account.
I have to revise these, how can I do it? I need to be able to open them and it doesn't seem to work.
Before you suggest I try to revise them from my computer and re-launch - I can't. They are part of a huge batch and I don't even know which one, so I can't possibly go looking for them. I have to revise from the website.
Have you tried revising one by one? If you are getting a timeout even doing it one by one, it is likely related to your ISP since you don't have many pictures attached to the listings in pending. The number of images you have stored online wouldn't affect your ability to open the listings in pending to edit them.

I can see this is going to be one of the usual go-arounds I get on this board.
Please have someone from the technical area contact me immediately.
There ARE pictures attached to each listing.
I am on a broadband connection, it has nothing to do with any of this. This has happened before and Greg or another one of the engineers will know what I am talking about.
THe issue has purely to do with the number of pictures I am listing.
Please do not respond with the usual nonsense and get someone to email me so I can actually get it sorted out today.

Hello there,
I don't believe the problem you are having revising your pending items is related to the number of images you have stored (these are two separate functions.) I have just clicked into one of your pending items and was able to do so with a DSL line, with only a few second's delay.
I'm not sure what's causing the page to hang on your end, but if you haven't done so already, please try clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer. Also, when you're trying to revise make sure that there are no other open applications running as this will free up system resources.
Please let us know if you continue to have trouble after checking the above recommendations.

I give up. Obviously you did not bother to do as I asked, and obviously nobody bothered checking into our records. I have had this problem before. Many times.
Every time, I have been told that it has to do with the number of pictures stored. So at least try to be consistent, if you are going to blow me off.
I do not have other programs running, I have DSL broadband, a very powerful computer, nothing else running, cache cleared automatically every morning. OK, now that I've been through the rigamarole you require each time, what else can I say? I rebooted but of course that did not HELP!!!! I did not think it would.
Obviously I need to find a service that takes customers a bit more seriously and doesn't just blow them off with canned answered without bothering to check what was told to me in the past. I have 4 accounts with you and spend a good bit here, but it doesn't seem to matter. I'd better find a service that does care. I cannot revise these auctions, ergo I am losing money, so you are costing me yet more money in addition to the time you are making me waste with ridiculous answers.
I was told it has to do with pictures. PLEASE check the past problems we had with the touchofeurope account (yes, one of mine too). Please do not respond unless you can do something constructive. I am tired of wasting my time. I wait 10 hours for an answer that is no answer at all and totally meaningless.

Hello,
Did you receive my email yesterday? I wrote you to let you know that someone will be getting back to you soon regarding the problems you're having in Pro.

Hi Sonya,
I was replying to the message from Diana that was completely wrong - who is dealing with this?
When can I expect this to be fixed? The problem was that the categories were wrong for some reason. I just want those corrected and the auctions relaunched tomorrow night - can anyone do this for me since I can't? I can tell you what category they go in or you can see what was intended.
I need to relist them tomorrow evening, and not the 3 ones with just a C in the title, those are pending although I'd like to be able to open at least one of those and can't either.

Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion. If you let us know what categories you want associated with which items, we can set them for you and launch them for you.

Hello,
Unfortunately you can only schedule in 15 minute increments from online so I scheduled 3 for 6pm, and 2 for 6:15pm. Two of your listings -- the slip and the nightdress -- do not have the images available and a gallery image wasn't selected. You may want to fix that before next Thursday's listing of these. I can schedule the other three for you for Thursday, if that is okay with you.
Regards,
Sonya

I am still unable to open anything to edit. I want to do some relists but I have to be able to edit.
Is anyone working on this? It's been nearly a week and I have not heard anything. I have to be able to work and it's getting very frustrating not being able to do what I need to do, not getting any response, being promised it was being worked on and still nothing.

lmk if im wrong here but if your online doing this it just a browser thing. clear your temporary files and webcache or try a different one. i finally switched to www.mozilla.org after getting sick of all of these types of problems in microstinks internet exploder.
for the record i have never had a timeout issue editing my stuff in either.

Hello touchofeuropealso,
I must apologize, I was incorrect when I posted above that the image list was preventing your page loads. After speaking with engineering, I am aware now that the large number of images in your account may indeed affect your ability to open pending listings depending on your system/browser setup (I thought the problem you experienced before was with SM Pro, not Sales Manager online.)
That said, I would recommend either clearing out some of the images in this account, or more evenly dividing the image list between your two accounts. We are able to open your pending listings from here, so it seems that something in your system setup is preventing you from being able to work effectively when you have such a large quantity of images in one account.

I cannot remove images, not enough to make a difference. I have to revise these auctions and I don't know what to do.
I am not able to distribute them better between accounts because Greg told me I had to have the accounts on 2 separate computers and that is not possible at this time.
So basically you are telling me you can't (or won't) help me?
Is there any way the auctions I need can be moved somewhere else so I can open and revise them? I absolutely HAVE to do this. It really is a must for my business.

PLEASE! I really need help. Now I cannot even change some pending listings despite Vendio having somehow messed up my template.
I chose the layout of 2 images above and the rest below and they are now only showing 2 above and no close-ups. We need close-ups.
But since I cannot go in and edit anything, i can't even change that.
I have auctions that need to launch tonight and have the wrong template and I HAVE to CHANGE THIS.
I am at my wits' end. I have already reduced the number of images and nothing is helping
PLEASE HELP! And I really would appreciate a response, i have been waiting for 3 days for the courtesy of a simple response, and nothing. THis is not good customer SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
