I can't figure out how to set my images so that the photos fit on the auction page. Right now, the images are a bit too big. Is this done when I upload, or is there a setting I missed for when they are viewed on ebay?

You'll be best off resizing the photo's before you upload them to Vendio. This can be done a variety of image and photo editting software.
