In the last couple of weeks I have had customers tell me that they have purchased items from my vendio store but the items NEVER come thru as sold.
I have emailed the so called customer service but I got NO response.

Hello,
I checked your store and was able to start a checkout for one of your store items. The checkout works fine, if possible, can you ask one of your customers what happened when they tried to purchase an item? I did not want to go through the purchase all the way since it would not be a sale.
Regarding your emails to us -- did you use the Contact Us form? What did you enter in as your return email?
