I don't understand the the inventory management feature of SMPro. I created a new inventory listing for a dog bed. I entered that I had 4 units to sell. I listed the item on Ebay and sold it. I then listed it again and sold another one but my inventory listing still shows that I have 4 units available to sell. How does the inventory number get changed? Doesn't SMPro subtract one unit each time it gets listed?

There are two ways to manage inventory. The online inventory is easiest. This will keep track of your inventory for you and be minimal maintance for you. The SMPro inventory is the other way you can manage. The problem with this is that you'll have to manually make some updates to your inventory because the process doesn't update both ways.

SMPro does not have an inventory management feature. Manual adjustment of inventory takes us back to inventory cards and filing cabinets.
Online SM does have inventory management, but it does not have any of the benefits of a windows client. There are other shortcomings as well. Your listings are limited to four images, for instance.
I started a thread sometime ago asking Vendio clients to vote informaly for inventory management in SMPro. Only one other person posted. Too bad.
My business needs Inventory Management in SMpro. If Vendio isn't going to offer it, I will have to find someone else who does.
