This is a first. Last night I had a store sale that does not appear in Post Sales. I did an import, and it still does not show up. The item number is 3592588931. Please look into it. Thanks

There is no evidence of the sale/s. Are you sure this item sold?

Indeed, I had the email from ebay. Customer already paid, too.

Did you people give up on this?

The item has been purchased, I even checked the listing to make doubly sure.

The listing does not show in post sale - what gives?

Hello,

I have refreshed your active listings list. The item is now in Post Sale -- you can do a search by auction ID to locate it, and proceed with post sale.

Thank you. A little late though. Customer paid within minutes of the purchase, 24 hours later the items was packed and shipped.

It would be interesting to know what caused this purchase to not show up in post sale. Will it be prevented in the future?

Hello,

Store and Fixed Priceitems take longer than regular auction items to move from active to closed. They sometimes may disappear from active and not show up into closed right away, so don't be alarmed if this happens. In your case, if you refresh your active list (where the original is, if it's still got some left) it will update closed with your sale.

Regards,

Sonya

Here we go again another ebay store sale not showing up in post sale HOURS after the sale took place.

Indeed I am yelling the word hours above because of the last post from CS.

There is obviously a problem with store sales. The Import will not import. Please fix it, like sooner than soon.

Please provide the item number and we'll track it back in for you.

Also, it's not uncommon for Ebay Store items to take a few hours to import/update. The Ebay Store takes significantly longer the the Vendio store/auctions and even the Ebay auctions.

The ebay store item not being imported is 3594576092.

Could you be a little less vague as to how much time it should take for an ebay store sale to show up in Post Sales? An hour? Two or three?

This particular sale ended Mar-17-04 07:26:16 PST. It is now Mar-18-04 08:29:12 PST. Twenty-five hours after the sale!!!

The item with which I opened this thread was imported by Sonya about 60 hours after the sale took place. You Darin, when you questioned if the sale even took place, it was at least 24 hours after the sale took place.

You have a problem with some store sales not importing. I don't expect CS people to fix it, but I do expect you to report it/elevate it whatever it is that you call it at Vendio.

Hello,

I located the item in your active list and refreshed it -- it is now in post sale. I'm not sure of the time frame it takes, as it can vary -- but they usually show up within a cuople of hours. We will look into this further.

Regards,

Sonya
