The computer I use to load auctions has problems so I downloaded the program to a computer I previously used that has an older version, Amipro. When I doanloaded the program I downloaded the images as well. The images are now mixed in with old images that I want to delete. When I try to delete images, the program first wants to upload other bad images I want to get rid of. My question, How do I get rid of the images existing on the older prgram without uploading other older pictures? Also, am I paying for the pictures that I won't use, but are being uploaded? Any help would be appreciated.
Try deleting the images from the actual image folder in your ampro directory. You should find it in your C-drive > Program Files > Auctionwatch > images. Then, go online to your Vendio account and make sure that none of those bad images uploaded. If they did, delete them from there as well. Then, go ahead and synchronize -- let us know if you continue to have trouble with the old images.
