Hi, please read carefully--. My smpro program will not open properly. When clicking on the icon, the images bar begines to initalize, then disappears. Then nothing happens. When trying it again a window appears and states sppro is already running. It is not in my systray or anywhere else. I ran the task manager and the smpro is not visible or listed as being active.
I can cure the problem by downloading another copy of smpro from vendio. It will work fine until I restart the computer. Then the same thing happens again--I have to go through the new download, synchronize etc to use the program. When I turn off the computer at night something is lost, and I have to go through the whole process again the next day to use sm pro. Is a previous edition of SM Pro available for download?-This whole thing started after downloading a new copy of SMPro early this week. I use Windows Vista Home Premiium on a PC with Pentium/dual core, etc. Thanks metlman

update: I was able to get the program to open by right clicking on the program and select "run as adminstrator" . metlman
I am glad that it is working for you when running it as an administrator. Our engineers are working on a new version of Sales Manager Pro, and hopefully the problems people are having with Vista will be resolved with the new version. Please use the workaround that you referenced in the meantime.
