I mostly use the calculated rate, but I am selling some heavy items that will fit in the flat rate box. I put in priorty flat rate of $9.80, but I get the message that I must specify a calculated rate. What do I need to change?
From the Vendio listing form, go to the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" section. Then select "Fixed" rather than "Calculated" from the drop-down box. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this. If so, please let us know the name of a pending listing where you are having trouble.
