Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can add another Ebay user ID to my existing Vendio account. I have been selling on Ebay for several years and now have a spouse who would like to sell also. I am at a loss as to how to go about adding the new ID. Thanks! Cathy

Hello Cathy,
Our system is configured to manage only one eBay account per Vendio account. If you have multiple eBay IDs, you would need to register a Vendio account for each eBay ID.
In order to be sure that the new account has the same style as your existing account, be sure to take these steps:
1. When opening the new account only subscribe to the free Buyer Appreciation service. This can be done here:
2. Once the account is open and only subscribed to Buyer Appreciation, you may select the plans that you would like by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans".
Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help with this.

Multi-eBay ID support – From a single Sales Manager account you can access and manage sales for two or more separate eBay IDs.
So how can we add another ebay ID? This says we can, but the message here from Vendio says we cannot...which is right?
