I created and saved a new inventory item. I then opened the item and made some revisions, then clicked save. In fact, I saved several times, and then when I went to launch the auction, the OLD version of the listing prompted to launch to ebay. Hoping this was a glitch, I clicked submit. However the old version was in fact listed regardless of the fact that the revisions were shown as saved. Now, I go BACK into the the inventory item and the new changes are STILL showing as saved, however the old listing still prompts to launch. What is going on? Why is an old version launching after a new version has been saved numerous times?

Hello,

What is the title or item number or SKU of the item that your referencing here?
We will need to take a look to see how your listing shows up differently from how it was setup and saved at the time the item was submitted.

Hello,

I took a look at the listing and inventory item, but I wasn't able to tell how they were different. What were the changes that you made to the inventory item, that are not showing on the active listing?

Regards,
Nathan

The same thing is happening with sku 2005258.

You have to select from the inventory screen, select launch to fixed price and you will see the the title should say NEW DOLCE & GABBANA Silk Floral Scarf ITALY AUTHENTIC. However when you go to the next screen (Launch to eBay as Fixed Price) it shows the old title (which is the title of the listing I copied to create the new listing. NEW~DOLCE & GABBANA Blue Cala Lily Scarf ITALY AUTHENTIC

Another example, except this listing I didn't realize until it lauched to ebay. The ebay item number is 330288803442

You will see the title is NEW DOLCE & GABBANA Cala Lily Scarf ITALY AUTHENTIC on ebay. Same scenario - I copied the old listing to revise and make a new listing. I saved numerous times and it SHOWS in my inventory listing as NEW DOLCE & GABBANA Chocolate Brown Wool Scarf ITALY AUTHENTIC (sku 2005924067)

Hello,

The problem is that you have edited the title of the inventory item, but not the title that is used for the eBay listing. Please select the inventory item to edit and go to the "Site Specifics" tab. Then edit the "Title, SKU & UPC/ISBN" section and enter the new title.

Regards,
Nathan
