When I search my inventory, there are thousands of items listed from the last 8 years that I don't need but when I search an auction listed a month ago, cannot find it, many searches, if anything comes up, it is always years old.
Do listings have to be saved or once they launch are they not automatically recorded/saved to search later? Life would be much easier if I could pull some of my auctions up from the year past and copy the text when needed -Thanks in advance for any help trigger

Hello Trigger,
Your Vendio account is currently set to automatically archive closed listings after 12 weeks. You may edit or turn off the auto-archive by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> scroll down to the bottom of the page and edit the "Archiving Options" section.
Once a listing is archived, it can be restored within 14 days, by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Sales Archive" --> "Restore Items".
If you have a listing that has been archived for more than 14 days, you may still locate some basic information about the listing under "Sales Manager" --> "Sales Archive" --> "Download Archive".
