Hello,
I have two computers in my house. One I have been using to list with Vendio for Ebay auctions for several years. I am now trying to set up a second computer and I am totally lost with how to go about doing this. It appears that I have created a second account but I can not list with my new account and it opens to list on my first account. I am so confused on what to do. Can someone please help. Thanks! Cathy

I have the SMPro installed on the second computer but it is for my first account. Do I need to uninstall this and start over?

Hello Cathy,
There is no need uninstall the program. You may change the Vendio account that is being used with the program by going to "Edit" --> "Preferences" --> then click "Change" below "Account Information" --> enter the username and password for the new account, and save your changes. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
