I am working from the web client of Sales Manager Inventory edition. How do I ensure that I offer free shipping (with the ebay icon on the search and individual listings), and with Get it Fast? The Get it Fast would not be free. I keep having multiple glitches with these efforts and I am having to take a lot of time to manually revise.

Hello,
To enable Free Shipping you can set it up one of two ways.
If you use calculated shipping tools with Vendio and need to have the weights entered with the item for processing later, setup the item the same way you would normally and then go to the Site Specifics tab and edit the checkout column. Look for the checkbox to mark the first listed carrier as free, as shown here:
If you usually just enter a fixed rate you can still do that and check the box as shown above, or just pick a fixed rate carrier and set the cost as $0.00, both end up with the same result where eBay shows the shipping as 'FREE.'
The Get It Fast option is currently only available from within the eBay Sell Your Item flow or through Turbo Lister unfortunately, though you can revise an active listing to add this after the fact, just be sure the rest of the criteria has already been met:
In order to use the Get it Fast feature with your listing, the following requirements must be met:
* Create your listings in either of the following formats:
o Auction with Buy It Now listing upgrade or
o Fixed-Price or
o Store Inventory Format
* A Offer overnight shipping service as one of the shipping options so buyers can Get It Fast
o U.S. Postal ServiceŽ Express MailŽ
o UPS Next Day AirŽ
o UPS Next Day Air SaverŽ
o Overnight Shipping Service
* B Offer one business day handling time - (must ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment from buyer)
* C And be sure to check the Get It Fast option in the Shipping and sales tax area of the eBay Sell Your Item form.
