I signed up for wbn's to be sent to my auction winners. HOW do I know they are being sent? Do I get a copy? Where can I see their responses? IF I can't see a copy to know that they went out I may opt out of this service.
While I love Paypal and its my pament service of choice, I need to know what is going on.

sshayler: The only copies that you receive is if they are a registered user of PayPal. 4 Weeks ago we used to get copies of all requests for payment sent, but they made some changes and we don't get them. They say it is a problem with there system. But after 4 weeks they have not corrected it. Calling them doesn't do any good either. Msgs are even worse.

UGH...that does not work for me. Guess I'll switch back to the AW method. At least with those I can see a copy and I can print the invoice/packing right from the infor the customer entered themselves.
There were some issues with some of the users and Winning Bidder Notification, but this was being/has been fixed as of my last day in the office (Friday).
I believe Product is aware of the request for matching notifications sent to the seller/bidder. I will see if this has received any attention.

As of 4-14 the only copies of WBN's that are being received are Registered users of PayPal. If you invoice a winning bidder and they are not registered you DO NOT get a copy
