You've got cash!
Joe Bagodonuts just sent you payment for an auction item with PayPal.
Auction Site: eBay
Auction Title: Coins
Item Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX,XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Close Date: April 14, 2001
Here is a message from Joe:
Thank you for hosting this auction, I am looking forward to recieving the Items, and will post Positive F.B. to you when they arrive !
I'm temporarily residing with my Uncle, So I would like to make sure you use his name when addressing the package... That way, the postman won't be confused, and will deliver the package, instead of returning it. ( This has happened before )
My Uncle's name is
Uncle Bill..(and then add..) c/o J.B.

Kansas, AZ XXXXXXXXX
Also, if you would, please E-Mail me when you recieve this, so that I'll know that we're all set !
Thanks Again, Joe.
P.S. I added extra for insurance. Keep the change.

Did he pay you with a credit card or from funds already in the account? If he paid by credit card, he can do a charge back if you ship to the wrong address. If by other funds, he will have to go through PP and as long as you have his message to you, it will probably be okay. I would contact [email protected] just to get his input.

That is exactly my point.....
There is no confirmed address & it is sooooo out of the ordinary. It makes me uncomfortable just because the story is so strange. Any suggestions, PayPaldaemon?
I think Damon has given the only suggestion that his position will allow him to give.
If you feel uncomfortable with the transaction---follow the details of the Seller Protection Program and ship to the confirmed address only.
Damon can't tell you to accept the payment if that is what you're looking for. If there was a problem with the payment it could be argued that you were told by PayPal to accept the transaction.
This is strictly your call. If your uncomfortable don't go through with it.
