I have a new account with Paypal and received my first payment today. At least I think I received it. Customer e-mailed me that she had left payment at Paypal and also, Paypal sent me an e-mail that I had received payment. However, I am unable to find any payment in the account. Balance shows up as zero. Is this because I have not given them any bank info or credit card number. What I had in mind was to get them to send me checks for any payments received and that way I could restrict their access to my accounts. How do I locate my payment? Any advise appreciated!

Hi,

Please have the sender check to make sure that the email address is exact. I would be more than willing to look at it if you email me at [email protected]. I would need the sending account's email address.
