I reached my monthly limit early this month, and in my email to customers I am, as usual, telling them that I accept payment as an account transfer. One just just ignored that and sent me a credit card payment anyway, which took me over the top. I was pretty worried what to do, but when I went into PayPal I discovered that it was still pending and I had the ability to Accept or Deny it.
So I emailed the buyer and reminded him of my requirements [also stated in my auction, so it's not a surprise] and said that I was denying his payment.
I might get a Neg for this, but mostly I am grateful to PayPal for this new [?] feature which makes good sense to me.
