How long does it usually take paypal customer service to respond to an email?
I sent them one last saturday and I still have not recieved any information from them

Hi Shawnmc,
What was the email about? Was it a Buyer Protection Claim? Seller Protection Claim? I will be more than willing to assist or guide as needed, but these particular items do take longer to respond to than a normal inquiry because of the investigation (or documentation) needed to resolve.
