PayPalDamon,

I've been trying since yesterday to contact Customer Support at the (888) phone number I had to look long and hard to find, but the line doesn't ring or anything - it is just silent for about 2 minutes before hanging up. Can you give me the regular toll number to dial? I've got some charges I need to dispute today.

I am not aware of any customer support issues with the phone number.

Damon,

I finally found your toll number and spoke with the customer service center in Omaha about 10:30 a.m. The person I spoke with said that they hadn't gotten many calls today and suspected that something was wrong with the phones. I'd suggest giving it a call and you'll see what the problem is.

My issue is taken care of now, but other people may be in need of speaking with customer service.
