Hi Paypaldamon,
Just when I was beginning to think that you were out of ways to frustrate and annoy International users you seem to have come up with another way.
This morning I have a payment sitting in my account which I am unable to accept because it tells me my bank account isn't verified despite the fact that you have been transferring funds into it and no other payment has been subjected to this.
When I click on ACCEPT it tells me to verify my bank account.
When I click on VERIFY I'm told that International accounts can't be verified yet but that you're working on it.
I do apologize, but there is a bug that is impacting some international users that should be resolved over the next several days. I expect this to be resolved around Thursday.
