Hi! I am new here and have some questions about Paypal. There service is good, I have no problems but do have some big complaints.
One is the exchange rate. According to the royalbank website 1.5029 is the buy rate for $1000 US and yields 1,502.90. But according to the paypal site my $1000 would only give me 1,474.80. The rate is nearly 2.5 cents lower! Why don't they just wire US money and let the bank deal with the exchange or let me wire to my US dollar account? That rate is absolutely horrible and their stubborness to even use perfectly feasible options (like sending me a US dollar money order/check) is astounding.
Second is the rights as INT users. We can't setup options to use paypal on sites to sell, can't use the referral program, and I never even got the free $5 that I was promised. When I signed up there was no asterix saying "doesn't apply to INT users".
Just get your free $5 here.
With the crappy exchange rate we get us users are actually paying MORE for a LESSER degree of service but we are not told that until after we setup an account and are given a bunch of cookie-cutter responces.
