I qualified for the lower merchant rate and bring in way over the $1000 minimum a month. However, I am taking off the month of July to do some traveling. One month won't knock me up to the higher fees will it ?

No, you should not be impacted by one month. I am trying to remember (off the top of my head, as I am checking this from home), but I do believe it would have to be several months below that dollar volume.
