I have read the requirements for becoming a Paypal Preferred customer and have a question.
Is BidPay considered an online or offline payment option? Is it permissible to have Paypal and Bidpay as my only options for payment to qualify for preferred account?
It is considered an online option (technically). I must add, however, that you can put whatever you like in your EOA notices (the only thing that matters is the actual listing does not display it).
Thanks for the reply. Knew about the "can put anything you want in End of Auction Notice" but thought that because Bidpay was paid by money order in the mail and not a quick payment like Paypal and Billpoint and some of the others, was hoping it was considered an offline payment option.
