I had two e-mail addresses on my account, one primary the other secondary of course..I swapped them....My question is, do people still pay me with the original address? or the new one now...

A payment to any of your registered emails goes to the same account.

As far as I can tell, the "primary" email is what paypal uses to send you important notices such as anti-Billpoint propaganda and so forth.
