I recently bought a coin on ebay and paid via PAYPAL. Paypal paid him twice and deducted the amount twice from my credit card. I have sent countless emails to PAYPAL and they say their hands are tied.

They suggested the origanal seller transfer the money back to me, but we both lose in that case because of fees.

How can I resolve this? Do I dispute it with my Credit Card company?

I will never use Paypal Again.

That's what I would do. Just remember you only have 60 days to do so.

This is why, as a buyer, I would never use a checking account/ACH transfer to pay for anything via PayPal. Using a credit card gives you additional protection over whatever PayPal decides to do in a dispute.
