I just attempted to add a different CC to my paypal account and received this error. I do not know what account that this may be assigned to. I do have an inkling, but they tried to open an account with the email address that I already have a PP account with. Whatever it is, I need the account closed so that I can add this CC to my account.

Please send the informatin to me ([email protected]). Could a spouse have tried to add the card at some point?
