Damon, I have two bank accounts in Paypal, one is USA Bancshares and the other is Net Bank, USA was my primary account since I could not verify the Net Bank account. I am wanting to close the USA account, and make Net Bank my primary, when I try to do this, it tells me that I will immeadiately become unverified. Why does Paypal not allow Net Bank members to become verified? I have been verified for a almost a year and a half, and you will take that away from me for closing one bank account and using another exclusively?
I have read about the problems with Net Bank and Paypal, but I am not real sure what the problem is. Something about them not being a "real bank". Will Paypal change this anytime soon? Heather
