When I tried to used Paypal today I received a notice that their Security Certificate was no longer valid. Anyone else had this and does it mean the site is not secure??

This message tends to appear if the party is using an older version of their browser. Please upgrade your browser to the latest version.

I'm using Internet Explorer 5.5 with 128-bit encryption. Plus it has never came up[message] intill last night. Wayne
