Hi to all

Quite often when discussing rates of exchange in this forum it has been suggested that one should establish a USA Bank account.

How does a non-USA resident (I live in the UK) go about establishing a USA Bank Account?

And what bank in the USA would one suggest to be the best to open an account with.

I can't offer a specific bank to recommend, but a list of banks can be found at www.fdic.gov.
