Well, the new PayPal email is here. I already found one hugely misleading line.
Superior customer service that you can access by phone, not just email (unlike Billpoint, which only has email support).
Since this email was sent to both personal and premier customers, I find this to be a huge whopper. Aren't most PayPal users personal accounts? Do they have access to phone customer service? Am I missing something?

Yep, that was a whopper.
Then there's "PayPal gives its sellers a way to stay safe from costly chargebacks with our Seller Protection Policy." Oh, Damon, please tell us how the purse seller could have stayed safe from costly chargebacks.
