I have an International Business verified account. I signed up when you said you were able to withdraw funds to Visa Credit Cards . I was able to verify my account sending all the information you asked. My email account name is [email protected]
But I still don't have the chance of withdraw MY money from my account.
Why don't you set an alternative of withdraw by check ? Or by International Money Order ? I'm willing to pay an extra fee, to be able to do so.
Better was if I was able to signed my Portuguese account. ( English, Germans, French and Dutch are already allowed ).

We do not support chack withdrawals for international users. You can, if at all possible, try to add a US bank account to your account for withdrawing funds (a list of banks can be found at www.fdic.gov). ...International users can't accept money in their account without a bank account registered.
