Let me understand this correctly (I am trying to apply the same deductive reasoning I have to use to decipher your TOU and "protection" plan) you are upgrading your customer service so they will respond in 48 hours instead of several weeks? That's a major improvement.

Most customer issues are resolved within 24/48 hours.
