I have a pending complain on paypal right now against a seller. Of course, we are at 35 days and still no answer, but that is another story. Here is my question. I had sent 2 requests for funds to this seller thru paypal. Yesterday, I get an email from paypal that the seller had cancelled those requests. I was under the assumption that if someone has a pending complaint filed against them, their paypal account was locked. This claim is a large claim, too, 2300+. It just makes no sense to me. I have been impatiently waiting for paypal to finish it's investigation, and now this. Have you ever heard of this before. Paypaldamon an explanation would be appreciated.

Nope, they will lock the amount in dispute, but they normally don't lock the entire account.
