I have tried consistently to get an account with Paypal, In fact my c/c has been charged 3 times.. 2 with MC & 1 with Visa.
My email address is not in their databank but I have the (3) 4 digit code #'s to use but I still cannot use.I tried to call the accounts dept. but after a one hour wait I finaly gave up. You were recommended by someone that you had helped in the past. & I am hoping that you can find time to help me with my problem Please.. Thanking you in anticipation.. Regards Eric J.

Is it a situation where you are trying to register credit cards and PayPal is repeatedly asking you to "try a different card?"

I have just tried to comply with your Paypal request from [email protected] of 20 mins ago to register my 4 digit code that I got from the 11th of August sign up.. only to be denied for the ???? Time.

Now I have a delema.
~~ Just received notification of a payment for an item from Paypal And I cannot get an account with you .I have had 3 confirmation (4) digit #'s and none work. Where do I go Now.??

Damon will not be back for a few days as he tragically lost a friend of 18 years on one of the planes that were hijacked this week.
