If someone pays you for an auction with PP funds and is unhappy with what they got, you do offer to refund the amount after the item is received and they refuse to send back the item...what happens through PayPal? I checked my history and the item was paid for with PayPal funds. I dont want my PayPal account frozen.
I see no reason that this would impact your account in any manner. Why isn't the party sending the item back if you have agreed to refund them? This appears to be a dispute that has been solved between the parties (the refund portion), but the other party is not going to return the item.
