Last may I receive reply email from paypal when i aked why my account was restricted and they say because of --see below --- BAD IP
Your PayPal account has been restricted. This restriction could have
occurred for any number of reasons including accessing your account from a
country we do not service.
You need to fax a copy of the following documents to 402-935-2094 for
verification of your account.
1. Copy of Drivers License.
2. Copy of most recent bank account statement.
3. Copy of most recent credit card statement.
4. Copy of utility bill from home address.
5. Copy of this email.
If you have questions concerning this restriction please contact the

Today I receive email from paypal saying there has been unauthorizes credit card usage of the card that in is file on my account...
How can there bee an activity that is involving my credit card when i never paid anyone ? I only receive payment with the account...

It sounds like, if you are innocent of anything, someone else is using your credit card. Have your requested any chargbacks or disputed any charge on that card? Reported it stolen? Have you contacted the issuerer and "checked" the status of the card?

the credit card was visa from my bank.. not a paypal card.. there has been no unauthorized transaction which took place with the card either.. they just gave 1 reason every time i receive reply from paypal support
