Last may I receive reply email from paypal when i asked why my account was restricted and they say because of --see below --- BAD IP..... full email unedited....
Your PayPal account has been restricted. This restriction could have
occurred for any number of reasons including accessing your account from a
country we do not service.
You need to fax a copy of the following documents to 402-935-2094 for
verification of your account.
1. Copy of Drivers License.
2. Copy of most recent bank account statement.
3. Copy of most recent credit card statement.
4. Copy of utility bill from home address.
5. Copy of this email.

Today after Damon Help forwarding the problem to the paypal again.........I receive email from paypal saying there has been unauthorizes credit card usage of the card that in is file on my account...
How can there bee an activity that is involving my credit card when i never paid anyone with this paypal account? I only receive payment with the account...
Do paypal want to steal my money via ... say unclaimed fund which they will have access to after 2 year ?

What kind of credit card do you have that is connected to your PayPal account? If it is a regular card and not a PayPal card, what are your statements saying? Do you have any unauthorized charges on your credit card statements?
I can not believe that this problem has been going on for five months. Where is customer service. This is not the way customers are to be treated.

Sounds like there is some problem with the credit card. To bad PayPal will not be able to fully explain it here for privacy reasons.
If suspicions are correct, what do you want customer service to do? Obtain an arrest warrant?

I feel PayPal should have explained the problem to the customer five months ago. The customer has the right to know the details of the problem especially when there is unauthorizes usage of this persons credit card. I sure would appreciate being informed immediately of the facts concerning unauthorized use, not told five months later. She/he is the account holder and is entitled to having the facts.

While I will not challenge the person who orginated this thread (I have no facts) how do you know they were not told. Remember you cannot believe everthing you read on the internet.

the credit card was visa from my bank.. not a paypal card.. there has been no unauthorized transaction which took place with the card either.. they just gave 1 reason every time i receive reply from paypal support

That is strange, your PayPal account has been restricted for five months because of unauthorizes credit card usage. But the bank where this card was issued has stated that there has been no unauthorized transaction connected with the card.
