I have the lowest tier of paypal account, as I am a low volume seller. I have received several payments this month and the source is funding transfer or paypal funds. Today, I apparently received a credit card payment, because I have reached my limit, so paypal says.
I noticed when I first opened my account under limits, it said 0.00 remaining this month. I thought this would change once I received a credit card payment.
I will not upgrade for one credit card payment, especially since the information I read stated I could receive $100 in credit card payments each month. (My account was opened 9/16/01)
edited to add: the credit card payment in question is only $14.45
