I just tried to withdrawl some funds from my account via an ATM machine. It went just fine until it was supposed to spit the money out the slot. Nothing happened. It did spit out a little piece of paper stating that it was "denied" and that I should call my bank.
Well, I thought why is this happening. I had just checked my account before I left the house and everything looked normal.
So I just now went and checked it again and it still looks normal.

Well, I went and tried it again today. Same thing happened. It will not let me withdrawl cash from an ATM machine.
I feel that I am using the right pin number, but maybe I am not. I thought I knew my pin number but maybe I need a new one or something. I have no idea.
I went on ahead and done some shopping and decided I would attempt to pay for my purchases using the PayPal card, and it worked like a charm....but it won't work at that ATM machine.
I just don't understand it. But at least I can use the balance even if I can't get it in cash.

I had the same problem at the ATM last night, tried to withdraw and was denied, tried a second time and was denied, both times I selected "charge credit card" as the source of deductions, then on third time I selected "charge checking account" as the source of deductions, and it spit out the cash. This may be what your problem is since this is a debit card, not a true credit card.
Maybe this will help.....bigdadu
