Okay, I was slow shipping a horse figurine to a customer...she paid paypal..filed a complaint...I shipped it, she got it...she never notified paypal...they deducted from my account. Now, I have been desparately trying to find another horse planter I shipped to someone else. I emailed the first girl, asking why, if she acknowledged receiving the figurine, did she not tell paypal the transaction was completed??? She emailed me back saying, because you sent the wrong figurine....sh#$!....I looked, she got the other one...which was much more than her lousy 15.00....she says she likes it and is not giving it back.....I don't know how I shipped it to her...my boxes, (which my son packs) probably were both labeled "horse"...till the payments arrived, I grabbed the wrong one. Now, the original cheap horse is nowhere to be found....find out...it shipped to her as well...now she has both, as well as paypal charging me back for her original...can I file a complaint or something...she is a thief, and said she will only send the incorrect one back if she gets 2 of the first she won...said she told paypal to reimburse me...I have no way of knowing if thats trues....lousy thief!...I know...my shipping error, but she made out like a bandit!

No...I am not joking....the witch!...she has 2 of my items, is holding the wrong one hostage for another of my items, and has been refunded for the 1st by paypal....wonder if she makes a living by doing this?????

No...not seller incompetence...seller had a notice of job transfer unexpectedly..out of state..trying to find new home and sell old...fell behind...Had I known, I would not have listed at that time. Seller has had many many many positive transactions, and had a bad week....that is no reason for the buyer to keep something they didn't pay for, as well as a paypal chargeback refund as well as the original item they did pay for, but demand a second of the same. But for the record, I got my money back via paypal...don't know if buyer was remorseful..or if damon did it...either way...am thankful...now to just get the item she didn't pay for back...by the way, I offered to send her another item as an apology for the screwup.....I'm not a thief.

I screwed up...and made it right...that is no reason for her to hold my other item, as well as her chargeback refund hostage. Of course, she's a newbie....and I assume you have NEVER had an event happen in your life that turned your world upside down for a time? You are a very lucky person. Hopefully you never will.

glasshappy when a buyer asks why you dont take paypal direct them to this message board. You would be surprised how many buyers thanked me for it!
