I just opened up a paypal account..
and I'm in Canada. As I understand it, the rules are different for us. Just wondering if anyone whos opened a Canadian account could clarify a couple of things for me.
(I found to info on their site to be lacking)
I added my credit card..and at this point, I am unverified. (need to wait for my credit card statement to come in)
Will I be able to recieve funds?
Is there a limit on the funds that I can recieve? And..will I be able to spend those funds? (before my credit card is verified)
When does the exchange rate charge come into play? When I recieve money? Will it be converted to Canadian dollars when it hits my paypal account?
I will likely spend any paypal I recieve on Ebay. Will I be charged again to convert the money back into US dollars?
Is the paypal debit card available to Canadian customers..and finally (sorry for all the q's) do I need to register a bank account with paypal in order to be able to spend any money I recieve?
