hi, I reported seller for fraud on 8/13 he sent wrong size. offered me a 50 buck refund for his mistake. so far.. I don t have my money back and pay pal has restricted my account for the complaint... I really have large dislike for pay pal. I have lost over 220. bucks oh and they also have taken out every penny out of my acocunt and gave it to the seller too........ so he has my 220.00 plus the rest of the money in my paypal account for HIS mistake.. Does any one have link to report them ( paypal for stealing more money out of my account)? I reported to ebay the fraud by this seller. What about pay pal for taking more money out of my account ?

Why Are You Not Able To Give out simple information like Address the check was sent to. With that information we would be able to track them down ourselfs. It is most likly a scam if the person does not respond within 30 days. You guys should change the policy.
