And where do you think we got the money to pay for all this? From ex-members who we royally screwed over. As you know, we have so many new members signing up every day, that we dont really need the ones with valid problems. Just think, down the road you too could be one of those ex-members. Your company is very conspicuous. For a company that makes about $8 millon in transaction, you cannot offer your customers fraud protection nor any real customer support. It is a shame that they pay you only $10/hr to try to combat the many negative and legitimate postings against your company. I would quit and look for a better job if I were you.
Lack of customer support usually means either the owners are taking out all the money, or the company is about to go belly up.
IF I WERE A SELLER, I WOULD TAKE OUT ALL MY MONEY ASAP. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN PAYPAL, LIKE THEIR OWNERS X.COM, WILL JUST SHUT DOWN.

Hi arurenusan,
You were defrauded by a seller, not by PayPal. You could have been taken by this party (the individual)through any payment medium you chose (check, money order, cash, etc). You, unfortunately, dealt with a bad party.
We also followed our terms of use in attempting recovery---you will now need to seek other avenues of recourse against the serller.
Have you filed an insurance claim (if applicable) at the web site you attempted purchase from?

Damon,
What the hell did your last response have to do with the topic at hand. Did you even read the last post or are you just copy and paste happy?
