I am convinced PayPal don't care much about angry mails, and not even about angry postings. I am sure they will care about court action.
Actually, residents of the US who had their funds restricted can easily take PayPal to court. I am not talking about class action suits or other high-profile action.
It costs little to take a case to a Small Claims Court, and in many cases, the likelihood to recover one's money, plus justified damages, is high if PayPal's action of locking an account has not been justified.

I have integrated a new article on "Taking PayPal to court".
I have (as mentioned) referred your case back to account management. As I had stated, there does appear to have been some confusion on how to handle your particular issue.
Your account has a country of xxxx. Your access has been from countries other than xxxx. These countries also have exceptionally high fraud rates, so the account was restricted until documentation was provided (which has been done from what I can tell).
